Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Spine Enabling Tech Associate Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell Enabling Tech products to meet customer needs in healthcare settings. You will demonstrate value in Operating Room and office environments and work to exceed territory goals.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1–2 years in medical device or B2B sales. You will receive field sales training and an in‑house product training program, with a base salary plus commission, health benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Enabling Tech products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings to demonstrate value.
• Track territory progress and communicate results to Regional Manager and Sales Representatives.
• Assist doctors, nurses and staff with proper use and maintenance of products.
• Cover open territories to grow responsibilities.
