Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote and sell our spine, cranial navigation, imaging systems, and surgical planning software. You will drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room.

The role involves educating clinicians on our Enabling Technologies, conducting in-field product evaluations, and leveraging CRM data to shape growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Field-based sales with medical devices experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software.
• Drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value of products.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on use and maintenance of Enabling Technologies products.
• Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM to develop growth strategies.
