Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive growth across an assigned territory by promoting neurosurgical products and supporting evaluations and procedures. You will educate surgeons and healthcare teams on clinical data and economic value while building lasting relationships with hospitals and clinicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or healthcare environments preferred.
• Ability to support neurosurgical procedures and clinical demonstrations in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and in-operating-room demonstrations.
• Educate clinicians on product applications, clinical data, and economic value.
