Job summary

Stryker Group in Boston is seeking a Spine Enabling Tech Associate Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell Stryker Enabling Tech products to meet customers’ needs.

You will confidently conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and offices, track territory progress, communicate results to your Regional Manager, and support doctors, nurses and staff with product use and maintenance. The role includes field sales training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University required.
• 1-2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Enabling Tech products to meet customer needs in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrate value, and track territory progress.
• Communicate findings with Regional Manager and sales representatives you support.
• Assist doctors, nurses and staff with product use and maintenance.
• Manage and maintain sample inventory and be ready to support customers as needed.
• Grow within open territories and take on increased responsibilities.
