Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive growth across an assigned territory in the United States. You will engage surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff, promoting neurosurgical products and supporting evaluations and procedures.

In this field-based role, you will build strong customer relationships, develop territory plans with regional leadership, and pursue new business opportunities while working in fast-paced clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Alternatively, a degree with experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment with sales interest.
• Or 5+ years of outside/B2B/territory sales with a track record of meeting performance goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, account expansion opportunities, and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer engagement using approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize accounts, and execute objectives.
