Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Devices in Boston, MA. You will drive sales across ENT and Surgical Endoscopy portfolios, build customer relationships, and lead field-based activities to achieve quotas.

This role requires two years of sales experience, willingness to travel within the territory, and flexibility in hours. Olympus offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a global medical technology

Qualifications

High school diploma.
Minimum of two (2) years of prior sales or marketing experience is required.
Working knowledge of PC word processing and some analytical software.
Ability to travel within territory daily. Occasional need and ability to travel outside territory within region. Overnight stays will be necessary.
Ability to work flexible hours (may include some weekends and evenings).

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains knowledge of the assigned business and pricing strategies for surgical products.
Establishes field contacts with key customers and decision makers in assigned accounts.
Achieves sales quotas for products within assigned areas.
Conducts in-service training programs at customer accounts (hospitals, ASCs, and clinics).
Develops rapport with personnel and HCP's at target teaching hospitals within their area.
