Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas seeks a Urology Territory Manager to drive sales of capital equipment, disposables and services in the Boston, MA region. You will identify customer needs, plan territory coverage, and grow accounts while exceeding revenue targets and maintaining CRM data.

You will build physician and hospital relationships, perform consultative selling, provide post-sales support, and coordinate with marketing and management to achieve quarterly and annual goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience required.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory revenue and gross profit targets.
• Plan and organize territory for effective coverage.
• Maintain CRM with prospects, competitors and customers.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff.
• Use consultative selling to meet sales targets and close deals.
• Provide post-sales support, installation assistance and training.
• Report data and market information to Marketing and Sales management.
