Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to grow Prostate Health product sales across assigned healthcare accounts in the U.S. You will work in the field, building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and surgical teams to expand product adoption.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, territory planning, and collaboration with marketing and service teams. Travel within the territory is required, with opportunities for performance-based rewards and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success in medical devices or pharma.
• Ability to travel within territory daily.
• Flexible hours including some weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual territory revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM with complete prospect and customer data.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Sell iTind and BioProtect products via consultative methods.
• Utilize promotional programs and financing options to drive sales.
• Plan time effectively to cover all accounts for targets.
• Provide post-sales support and installation/training where needed.
• Report customer feedback to Marketing and Product teams.
