Ascension is seeking a role in Austin, TX, to manage surgical data entry and analytics across several specialties. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver accurate, actionable reporting on surgery statistics and operational metrics.

Schedule: Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p
Manage surgical data entry and analytics across multiple specialtiesâincluding general surgery, GYN, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, oral maxillofacial, endo and spineâto drive clinical quality and service line performance.
Partner directly with the Director of Surgical Services and Hospital Administrator to deliver accurate, actionable reporting on surgery statistics and operational metrics.
Audits surgical records and database inputs with high attention to detail to ensure precise data capture, revenue integrity and regulatory compliance.
Deliver exceptional administrative and customer service support to clinical teams, surgeons and department leadership to maintain seamless surgical operations
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
