How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead Clinical Program Manager activities, nursing resources, and workflows to deliver high-quality patient care and support positive clinical outcomes.
Develop and implement Clinical Program Manager services and quality improvement initiatives that strengthen patient safety, clinical quality, and operational performance.
Hire, train, develop, and evaluate nursing staff while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team to promote consistent, effective patient care.
Monitor clinical documentation, program budgets, and expenditures to maintain compliance, support operational efficiency, and ensure appropriate resource allocation.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
