Streamline departmental workflow and office operations to ensure seamless daily support for the team.
Coordinate essential communication, meeting materials, and correspondence to keep department operations connected.
Manage office schedules, filing systems, and resource allocation efficiently within budgetary guidelines.
Support internal and external stakeholders by providing timely information, resources, and responsive communication.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preference:
Proven experience in administrative or office support coordination within a professional environment.
Proficiency in managing office schedules, documentation systems, and workflow tracking.
