Job summary

Ascension in Austin, TX, seeks a skilled professional to manage surgical data entry and analytics across multiple specialties, delivering accurate reports to drive clinical quality and service line performance.

You will partner with the Director of Surgical Services and Hospital Administrator to provide actionable insights on surgery statistics and operational metrics, while auditing records for compliance and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's with 2 years experience OR 7 years related experience.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• Facility: Seton Northwest Hospital
• Department: Scheduling & Operating Room
• Schedule: Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Manage surgical data entry and analytics across multiple specialties—including general surgery, GYN, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, oral maxillofacial, endo and spine to drive clinical quality and service line performance.

Partner directly with the Director of Surgical Services and Hospital Administrator to deliver accurate, actionable reporting on surgery statistics and operational metrics.

Audits surgical records and database inputs with high attention to detail to ensure precise data capture, revenue integrity and regulatory compliance.

Deliver exceptional administrative and customer service support to clinical teams, surgeons and department leadership to maintain seamless surgical operations

What minimum qualifications you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
