Job summary

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system that values service, growth and care. This role supports the Seton Northwest operating room by coordinating surgical case scheduling to maximize OR capacity, and by ensuring readiness for Level 4 trauma response.

You will review and verify incoming case requests for complete clinical documentation, manage real-time schedule changes, and collaborate with surgeon offices and hospital teams to resolve missing details and communicate

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
