Job summary

American Vision Partners (AVP) is seeking a Call Center Premium Surgery Counselor to assist patients through the surgical process and pre-operative prep. You will educate patients on options, including premium offerings, and coordinate scheduling with offices, facilities and referring physicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical practice or ophthalmology setting preferred.
• Ability to explain financial options and payment plans clearly.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all aspects of the surgical process and pre-operative preparations.
• Educate patients on surgical options, including premium product offerings.
• Schedule surgeries and manage surgical appointments; act as liaison among parties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure proper consent documentation.
• Monitor schedules, confirm appointments, and follow up on inquiries.
