Job summary

Five Below in Westminster, CO is seeking a Support Lead to guide store crew, train on the BEST customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role includes opening/closing duties, stock management, and driving sales through effective merchandising and teamwork.

The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an hourly, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact and trains on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed with excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance and policy knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and operational procedures.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping to keep a safe, presentable environment.
