Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
• Manages opening/closing, cash, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising and operations.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
