Job summary

Five Below is seeking a reliable Store manager in Colorado to lead daily store operations, supervise crew members, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will train staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, and optimize merchandising and operations to boost sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure top service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store securely and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
