Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a leadership-oriented hourly role in Colorado. You will oversee daily store operations, train team members, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

The position supports onboarding, merchandising collaboration, and aggressive sales goals while maintaining store standards, safety, and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and up to 5-10 feet.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve stock.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
