Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure strong customer service.
• Train crew on customer service and store policies.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations.
• Handle opening/closing duties and cash control.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and efficiency.
