Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to perform all essential job functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members provide a WOW customer experience at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and organizes new stock for quick replenishment.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, manages cash, doors, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
