Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership-focused crew member in Pennsylvania. You will supervise daily operations, train associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for customers. You’ll help with receiving, stocking, and maintaining displays, while acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

Role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wows customers with personal contact and fast, friendly check out.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to place items quickly on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Open/close duties including securing cash, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery actions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room, including trash and bathrooms.
