Job summary

Five Below in Pennsylvania is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

You will open and close the store, handle cash security, train teammates on excellent service, drive sales through merchandising, and keep the store stocked and clean. This role requires flexibility, 18+ years old, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing, cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
