Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, doors, alarms, and daily routines.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery tasks.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
