Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on customer service experience and store policies.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor stocked.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and ensures daily readiness.
