Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in the Philadelphia area. The position involves supervising crew, ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You may train associates, oversee stock and merchandising, and assume Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed. The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience if possible, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Occasionally assume Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms for smooth operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance and customer service.
• Perform store maintenance and assist with merchandising procedures and world recovery.
