Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service and trains on the BEST experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff provide excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
