Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store professional to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will help supervise crew, assist with stock, and ensure smooth checkout experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves opening/closing duties, training new associates, and collaborating with store leadership to boost sales while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members are wowing the customer with fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and service.
