Job summary

Five Below in Wyncote, PA is seeking a Support Lead to supervise daily store operations and coach crew members on the Five Below Way of delivering WOW customer service. This hourly role covers opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring efficient stock organization while assisting guests and guiding the team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training to improve performance and knowledge.
