Job summary

Five Below in the United States seeks a Support Lead to assist with front-end operations, cash handling, and driving sales under the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store while the Manager on Duty, delivering WOW customer experiences and upholding brand standards.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of management experience preferred, and strong communication, multitasking, and composure

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact.
• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Responsible for leading Front End Operations.
• Training the staff on the High Fives of Customer Service.
• Ensures each guest has a fast, friendly checkout.
• Responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness.
• Opening and closing store procedures.
• Assists with Front End Operations.
• Assists in supervising and developing all Associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
• Assists payroll within budget and merchandising procedures.
• Adheres to SOPs and cash handling procedures.
