Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to help run the front end and lead sales associates under the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. You will model leadership, deliver results during your shift, and drive key performance indicators while maintaining Five Below’s high-energy culture.

You will focus on customer service, store operations, cash handling, safety, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Able to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates and managers wow the customer with personal contact.
• Lead front end operations and drive customer satisfaction.
• Train staff on Five Below's customer service standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ready for customers.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Drive store sales and manage payroll within budget.
