The Interim Support Lead role focuses on front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, safety and teamwork during peak periods.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as Manager on Duty as needed, supervising daily store activities, training new associates and driving sales.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations and cash management.
• Lead store associates and ensure customer service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking.
• Open/close duties and store security.
• Support onboarding and training of staff.
