Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to help manage the store under the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. You will lead front end operations, drive sales, and coach associates to wow customers with every interaction.

The role emphasizes cash handling, training, cleanliness, and efficient store performance. This hourly, full-time position starts at $15.50 per hour and offers growth opportunities within a dynamic retail team.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Wows the customer through personal interactions and ensures a fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads front end operations and assists in payroll and scheduling as needed.
• Trains staff on customer service best practices and company SOPs.
• Maintains store cleanliness, safety, and readiness for customers at all times.
• Assists in opening/closing procedures and in supervising Associates.
