Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly role focused on leading crew and delivering WOW customer service. You will train associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure stock is maintained and shelves are ready for customers.

This position requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling is expected to support peak business periods and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Onboard and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and initiatives.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
