Job summary

Levanta is hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, troubleshooting product, integrations, and API issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and able to work cross-functionally for a high-quality customer experience.

You will own responding to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon; guide customers through challenges; escalate bugs with context; and contribute to docs and AI-driven support improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read/write code in Typescript.
• Strong communication across multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear (ticketing), and Pylon.
• Understand the technical nuances of Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering.
• Identify repeat issues and propose solutions to improve the product.
• Build out internal tools to solve common issues.
• Utilize and implement AI workflows to make support more efficient.
