Levanta, the creator affiliate platform, is seeking a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering. You will troubleshoot product, integration, and API-related issues, helping customers navigate technical challenges with a customer-obsessed mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate reads and writes TypeScript, communicates clearly, and works across Slack, Linear, and Pylon to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read / write code in TypeScript.
• Good communication skills and ability to juggle multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Aufgaben

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering.
• Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
• Build internal tools to solve common issues.
• Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
