Job summary

Levanta is seeking a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, troubleshooting product, integration, and API issues. Ideal candidates are customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and capable of cross-functional collaboration to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling technical inquiries, guiding customers through Levanta's technology, and contributing to docs, internal tools, and AI-driven processes to streamline support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read/write code in Typescript.
• Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's tech and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering.
• Identify repeat issues and propose improvements to the product.
• Build internal tools to solve common issues.
• Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
