Job summary

Levanta, the creator affiliate platform, is hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, troubleshooting and resolving product, integration, and API-related issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

We welcome candidates who can read/write TypeScript, communicate effectively across technical conversations, and collaborate to improve internal tooling and AI

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Able to read/write code in TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills across multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear (ticketing), and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's tech and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering.
• Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
• Build internal tools to solve common issues.
• Implement AI workflows to improve the support process.
