Job summary

Levanta is hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, resolving product, integration, and API issues for a global e-commerce creator platform. The role emphasizes customer obsession, technical savvy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality experiences.

The role covers handling technical inquiries, guiding customers through Levanta's tech nuances, and contributing to internal tooling and AI-driven support processes.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
Ability to read / write code in Typescript.
Good communication skills, able to juggle multiple technical conversations.
Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering.
Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
Build out internal tools to solve common issues.
Utilize and implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
