Job summary

Levanta is seeking a Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role bridges Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve product, integration, and API issues.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and capable of cross-functional collaboration to ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon; understand Levanta's tech nuances; escalate bugs with clear context; create and maintain technical

Qualifications

2+ years of prior experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
Ability to read/write code in Typescript.
Strong communication skills, capable of handling multiple technical conversations.
Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering.
Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
Build internal tools to resolve common issues.
Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
