Job summary

Levanta, a creator affiliate platform, is seeking a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering. You will troubleshoot product, integration, and API-related issues, guiding customers through technical challenges and documenting solutions.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, technical savviness, and collaboration across teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Prior exposure to AI workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read and write code in TypeScript.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support docs for CS and engineering teams.
• Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
• Build internal tools to solve common issues.
• Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
