Job summary

Levanta, the creator affiliate platform, is hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, troubleshooting product, integration, and API issues. You will work cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support or software roles, can read/write TypeScript, and are familiar with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling. This is a full-time position with the potential to grow as Levanta expands in the retail ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read / write code in Typescript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta’s tech and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support docs for CS and engineering.
• Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
• Build internal tools to solve common issues.
• Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
