Job summary

Levanta, the creator affiliate platform for modern e-commerce, is hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering for troubleshooting product, integration, and API issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

2+ years in technical support or software engineering, and the ability to read/write TypeScript are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read / write code in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear (our ticketing software), and Pylon
• Understand the technical nuances of Levanta's technology and guide customers through their challenges
• Escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear context
• Create and maintain technical support documentation to enable the entire CS and engineering team to serve our customers
• Identify repeat issues and propose solutions to improve the product
• Build out internal tools to solve common issues
• Utilize and implement AI workflows that will make our support process more efficient
