Job summary

Levanta is hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, addressing product, integration, and API issues for a growing e-commerce platform. You will guide customers through technical challenges and contribute to support tooling and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical roles, writes TypeScript, and is proficient with APIs, SQL, and cloud tools. This is a role in a fast-moving startup with opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read/write code in Typescript.
• Good communication skills, able to juggle multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering teams.
• Identify recurring issues and propose product improvements.
• Build internal tools to solve common issues.
• Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
