Levanta, a creator affiliate platform for modern e-commerce, is hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering. You will troubleshoot product, integration, and API-related issues, guide customers, and help maintain high-quality support experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in technical support or software engineering, proficiency in Typescript, and strong communication skills to manage multiple technical conversations across REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Proficiency reading/writing code in Typescript.
• Strong communication skills for juggling multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Guide customers through Levanta's technology and its nuances.
