Job summary

Levanta is building the Creator Commerce Platform for brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces to enable discovery, activation, partnerships, and measurement. We are hiring a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering, troubleshooting product, integration, and API issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

You will own technical issues, create documentation, and help scale support workflows in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read and write code in TypeScript.
• Strong communication and ability to juggle multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation.
• Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
• Build internal tools to solve common issues.
• Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
