Job summary

Levanta is expanding its Creator Marketplace-driven platform and seeking a Support Engineer to bridge Customer Success and Engineering. You will troubleshoot API-related issues, guide customers through technical challenges, and help document solutions.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, technical curiosity, and collaboration across teams to ensure a high-quality experience for brands and creators using Levanta’s platform.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
Ability to read / write code in Typescript.
Strong communication skills, able to juggle multiple technical conversations.
Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering teams.
Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
Build internal tools to solve common issues.
Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
