Job summary

Levanta is building the creator affiliate platform for modern ecommerce, connecting brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for discovery, activation, partnerships, payments, and cross-channel measurement.

We are growing after a $22 million Series B funding and are expanding tech and our team. This Support Engineer role bridges Customer Success and Engineering to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read/write code in Typescript.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand the technical nuances of Levanta's technology and guide customers through their challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation to enable CS and engineering teams.
• Identify repeat issues and propose solutions to improve the product.
• Build out internal tools to solve common issues.
• Utilize and implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
