Job summary

Levanta is hiring a Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role sits at the crossroads of Customer Success and Engineering, troubleshooting product, integration, and API issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You'll respond to technical questions, read/write Typescript, work with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling, and help build internal tools and documentation for scalable support. Must have a permanent address in hub states including Utah.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read/write code in Typescript.
• Good communication skills, able to juggle multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for CS and engineering.
• Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.
• Build out internal tools to solve common issues.
• Utilize and implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.
