VIP is seeking a Supplier Support Specialist for our Support Team in Colchester, VT. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work, focusing on assisting beverage suppliers with data collection services and reporting solutions.

You will nurture customer relationships, deliver timely support, and guide clients through our software to maximize value. A background in customer support and data literacy is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of customer support experience preferred.
• Beverage industry knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills required.

• Proficiency with Excel and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive, professional and trustworthy relationship with our customers to help them efficiently use our software.
• Build supplier relationships by providing responsive support and guiding customers to internal resources.
• Help customers understand data quality and how it contributes to their product's success.
• Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and directed to the appropriate resources.
• Prioritize daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities for both the company and the customer.
