Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role drives full-cycle recruitment, from needs assessment to offer negotiation, for assigned work groups.

This hybrid position combines onsite and remote work across the country with some international duties. You will partner with hiring managers, source diverse candidate pools, craft compelling postings, and manage the ATS to track progress and offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in government contracting preferred.
• Expert-level sourcing tools experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with government proposal processes.
• Experience working with ATS (iCIMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned workgroups.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• Negotiate offers and extend letters.
• Maintain applicant tracking and reporting.
